*Ultimate offers fans access to premium in-demand tickets for exclusive events! Ultimate A Reserve Seating is inclusive of a ticket only.

ACCESSIBLE TICKETING

AC/DC fans with accessible needs can buy online. Simply click on the Accessible filter to view the Accessible Ticketing types available for the event.

AC/DC fans will also have the option to submit an Accessible Ticket booking form. Accessible forms for the AC/DC | POWER UP TOUR will be available on the Ticketek site when tickets go on sale. Ticketek prioritises fair access to tickets for all fans with accessible needs, and each accessible ticketing request will be handled in the chronological order in which it was received.

Tickets will only be accessible via the Ticketek App. Download the Ticketek App to view your tickets. Please note that tickets will appear with locked barcodes until closer to your show date.

It’s never too early to get ready—these simple steps will make sure you’re all set when tickets go on sale.

BEFORE THE ON SALE

• Check your Ticketek Account – Log in to your My Ticketek account to make sure your account is up to date with your current email and mobile phone number. If you don’t have one, set it up—it only takes a minute. You may need to verify your contact details via a one-time code.
• Download the Ticketek App – Purchased tickets will only be accessible via the Ticketek App. Download the Ticketek App ahead of time to view your tickets.
• Disable VPNs or IP-masking tools - Your unique IP helps us confirm you’re a real person, not a bot. Apple iCloud+ users may need to disable Private Relay.

• Bot detection is active – Turn off any browser extensions that could trigger bot detection.
• Join the Ticketek Lounge – The lounge will open 1 hour before the on sale time. We recommend joining 30 minutes before on sale time.
• Don’t refresh or close your browser – The page will automatically refresh.
• Use one device only – Access the on sale from a single browser on one device. Using multiple browsers or devices at once may trigger bot protection and could remove you from the queue.
• Avoid multiple tabs – Opening the page in more than one tab can cause you to lose your place in the queue.
• Have your mobile phone handy – A verification code may be sent to your mobile phone during sign-in or from your bank during payment.
• Be checkout ready – Ensure your bank won’t block the transaction by checking spending limits or pre-authorising the purchase.
